Payment Options and Insurance

We accept: Cash, checks, VISA, and MasterCard as payment options.

Blue Cross Blue Shield will only pay at our facility if the holder's mental health carrier is *Cigna, Messa, or Megellan. It is up to the insured to call and get the information.

Living Well Professional Services participates with a wide variety of insurance programs. Please understand that some insurance companies have numerous and varied contracts with a variety of compensation packages and although we may participate, this does not guarantee that your particular policy is included in policies that reimburse at our facility. Please contact your insurance provider or our facility to determine if the policy will reimburse for our services.

If your insurance does not reimburse at our facility you can still obtain services here. We ask that payments are made at the time of serviceand we will provide you with information which can be used to request possible reimbursement from an insurance company.

Those without insurance can apply for a fee scale by bringing necessary paperwork to our office. Once one applies for a fee scale, we determine one's fee based upon the family income and size.

*When calling BC/BS please remember to tell them that we do not have a doctor on staff. Most of the BC/BS plans require a doctor on staff. Also most insurance companies will not pay for a court ordered substance abuse evaluation.
